As a touring stage manager, my duties include creating production schedules, creating the prompt book in tech, creating and disseminating the day sheets, scheduling and running put in rehearsals for swings, maintaining an accurate and current prop and set repair book, calling the show, filling out any incident reports as needed, writing show reports, creating a show "bible" of all department documents, and noting all prop tracking and set move documents among other day to day tasks. I enjoy working with designers, crew, and everyone we meet along the way to create something exciting. I have also provided administrative support in other areas including show management and production management. Through my career I have worked closely with producers, directors, show designers and other production managers in order to ensure that shows run smoothly and effectively.
